Courtney and I went up to Lory state park and took a short little hike to begin the new warm weather. It was perfect warmth not to hot and not to cold that cozy wear shorts and a tea with out any worries. on our trip courtney made her first discovery SNOW!!! there were little patches still haging around and as you can see in the first picture she shows her finding. we passed this big wall of rock and the light was just right. i took a picture and courtney took a picture. the second picture is the picture i took of the wall. The third picture is of courtney taking the nature in, in a little rest. pondering and wondering about things only she knows. The fourth picture is our picture on the way down the mountain. It shows you that she forgot to tell me it was going to be a goofy picture, But hey she is still really cute no matter what funny face she makes. then the last two pictures are of us individually.
It was a great day. I really want to go again soon.
I was helping Ethan get his landscaping website up and running (tune in for details) today, and was searching for some flower pictures. I love taking pictures of flowers, I think they are my speciality. Anyway i thought that i would share a couple of my favorite flower pictures i came across today, for the recent occasion of Spring! Although it is supposed to snow tomorrow, but lets just forget about that.

Ethan and I got the chance to go attend an Etown taping on Wendesday. Etown is a live radio show that plays on several different satation every week. They have live music, and they interview the artists.
If you would like to check out more about etown visit their website: http://www.etown.org/
We went to the show at the Lincoln Center, and had a good time. Ethan and I unfortuanlty were both exhusted, and didnt really want to go. But we decided to anyway. The two guests on the show that night were Joan Osborne and Bruce Cockburn.
I am not a fan of Bruce Cockburn at all. His voice makes me cringe. I felt like his guitar chords very repititve, and so were his lyrics. Ethan and I both didnt enjoy him, we actually wanted to sneak out and leave.
But then (finallly) Joan Osborne performed. And she was amazing. Joan has an amazing voice, especially in person. When i got home i listened to her album, and she was way more powerful in person. Which was surprising since many artisits sound gross in person. She belted those notes out like there was no tomorrow. She sang 6 songs, including a favorite of mine, St. Teresa. She also played some really great songs off her new album. I was quite impressed with her show, and definitly would reconmmed her for a concert.
If you havent picked up her new album yet, head over to her website and check it out. Its avaliable on itunes. http://www.joanosborne.com/site.php
Her album is great.
I would just like to congratulate Ethan on finding a job. He has been looking for months, and months. He put in tons of applications, but nothing seemed to work out. Until he talked to a man at the gym, and it turned out he needed help! So the next day, he had a job.
He will be working at Temple Construction, on a part time basis for a while. Doing things- im not quite sure how to explain.
Great job honey.
Ethan, Brittany, and I spent all day lofting the bed. It was a disaster everywhere in the room. Literally every inch of our room was covered with shit. But after a 6 hour process it looks awesome. Gives our room tons of space.

Ethan and I had a wonderful valentines day. We made dinner, and had a great time. I got Ethan- “Ox,” he is an ugly doll. I tried to make a handmade monster, but it just didn’t work out. And Ethan bought me a jumbo-tron teddy named buttercup. We kept our gifts cute, and simple. And i wont lie, i love my teddy.
